We are proud to announce our GRAND OPENING EVENT! Tuesday October 22nd from 11:00am – 2:00 pm come join us as we celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of Guelph Nissan. Tour our new State-Of-The-Art facilities aimed at making your experience with us enjoyable, easy, comfortable, and convenient.
Guelph Nissan’s goal has always been to provide our customers with an unparalleled experience the minute they arrive. From Sales to Service, our primary focus is to offer the most informative; efficient; and customer service focused environment we can. In order to keep up with our customers’ expectations, we are currently underway of a substantial expansion to better serve you.
As you enter our showroom, you will now see a spacious layout with room for up to 12 vehicles. This allows our customers to explore our innovative line-up of new Nissan cars, trucks, and SUV’s without the interference of weather extremes. For our more techie customers, we have installed a “Personalization Studio” on the east wall that includes a large touchscreen. With this, you can customize your Nissan of choice and see which paint colors or accessories you like!
In the center of the showroom, there will be a fully stocked customer lounge with comfortable seating, a T.V. for entertainment, coffee and various refreshments, as well as available work stations with plug ins for your electronics! All designed to offer our customers a relaxed, convenient, and comfortable stay.
Our new service area is still under development with an expansion off of the east side of our current building. When completed, we will be able to provide fast and easy service with a new two bay service drive through that can accommodate up to four vehicles at one time! As you leave your vehicle parked inside the bay, you will visit with one of our friendly and knowledgeable service advisors, who will be positioned inside easy access offices to help you with your servicing needs. We will also be creating seven new service bays which will help us in our goal of reducing customer wait times. Included with these new service bays, will be a dedicated Express Service department which will need no appointment necessary to have your vehicle serviced!
While these improvements are still under development, we realize there may be some inconveniences with our parking spaces. Although we make adjustments daily to be able to provide the most parking we can, we do apologize if you arrive and find it difficult to find an available parking spot.
